The processing of data collected through the site (name, surname, email address, telephone, city, message) takes place on the basis of the consent expressed here and is carried out using IT, telematic means and with automated processes.
The purpose of the treatment is to satisfy the interest of the Users manifested by the voluntary compilation of the form prepared, providing the answers or the performances, also through the sending e-mail communications relating to the activities and services offered by INSAFE S.r.l. or, in general, deemed of interest to the User. The data thus collected will not be transferred or transmitted to third parties, nor used for purposes other than those described.
The data will be kept by INSAFE S.r.l. at its headquarters, until the user has an interest in receiving communications from the Owner and therefore up to his request for cancellation of the data. However, the data may also be stored on cloud storage systems located outside the headquarters of the Data Controller. When the contact form on the site is completed, the Data Controller receives the data and the request in the email box info@in-safe.it. The email archive, together with the site, is hosted on ergonet.it servers, whose servers are located in Italy. The provision of data is optional: failure to provide it does not prevent navigation of the site and consultation of its contents. However, without the requested contribution it will not be possible for the Data Controller to transmit any communications to the User.
It is possible to request the cancellation, modification, integration, rectification of the collected data, as well as exercise any other right provided for by art. 7 of Legislative Decree 196/2003, communicating it to INSAFE S.r.l. at info@in-safe.it. With the same methods it is possible to withdraw the consent given to the treatment (the treatments carried out in a lawful manner up to that moment remain valid), ask to verify the data held by the Data Controller and any other information or procedure concerning the data. Where technically feasible, it is the right of the interested party to request INSAFE S.r.l. also the portability of their data, i.e. the transmission, also with IT and telematic tools and automated procedures, of the same to another Data Controller. The User, in the same way, can ask for the limitation of the treatment and exercise any other faculty foreseen by articles 15 to 20 of the GDPR.
Against the processing carried out, the interested party can lodge a complaint or make reports to the Authority of the Guarantor for the protection of personal data.
The User who, having read this information, selects the appropriate box (flag), expresses his / her informed consent to the collection of data by INSAFE S.r.l. and the treatment described above.
